Notes for Community Treatment Order NSW No. 6

The key term used is least restrictive care.

Non compliance leads to greater restrictive care with forced hospitalisation as the state's own remedy to my non adherence.

In the last months or so I've been prescribed Lurasidone and Rexulti. Both have proved problematic. Self directed I have returned to seroquel.

I can argue that state issued least restrictive care under Lurasidone and Rexulti have lead to greater problems than self directed seroquel in the gauge of my risk. I am directing the least restrictive care and not the state. That might get me off the hook.
